Derby Cathedral and the Olympics

The Olympic Torch arrives in Derby, on its way to London, on Friday 29 th June. The present plan is that the Cathedral hosts a great civic gathering just before the arrival of the torch. A flag will fly, the bells will be rung, and the Cathedral is delighted to be playing its part in gathering people for what will be a great day for the city of Derby.
