VolunteersDerby Cathedral relies heavily on the help and support of its family of volunteers. Volunteers help and assist in maintaining daily worship of the Cathedral and managing its life and ministry as well as welcoming visitors to the Cathedral, the Cathedral Centre and The Bridge Chapel. There are various roles for volunteers in the Cathedral in order to support the bigger picture of caring for the Cathedral building and upholding its mission. Our community of volunteers currently stands at around 200 strong and new members and volunteers are always welcome to help carry forward the mission and life of this ancient and holy place.
